- Advanced Excel training: participants will learn how to save a spreadsheet to PDF, convert a structured text document (CSV) to a spreadsheet, insert a table, insert and manage comments, conditional formatting, create a drop-down list, use statistical and logical functions, search, text, database, financial and mathematical functions, lock cells, sheet protection and embedding.

Presentation of the content of the project:
The aim of our project is to increase our productivity, capacity and sales revenue by keeping the subcontractor circle safe and secure our production. We are creating a new tailoring and photo studio at our site in BP. Our current operation: design of the collection — sourcing of raw materials — handing over sewing patterns to the subcontractor — sewing — handing over clothes to the marketing studio — photography — delivery to store/warehouse.
After the development, 40% of the currently sold volume will be made in our own sewing shop, reducing our subcontracting exposure to 60%, and then starting to increase by supplying new stores.
We set up our own photo studio to take photos at the production site, thereby reducing our expenses, accelerating web sales and marketing materials, adapting to the transformation of the market structure.
The epidemic situation put our company in danger, our smaller contractors declared bankruptcy in turn, the import of foreign (textile) suppliers and sales abroad became impossible.
Centralization has become vital. We managed to maintain the workplaces of our own employees by reducing working time at the expense of our development frameworks. The implementation of our project eliminates these negative effects, enables job creation with wage subsidies, the design of our studio makes sales safe instead of vulnerability so far, marketing consultancy aimed at personalizing our brand brings with it the spending of the autumn 2021 marketing campaign, and the design of our tailoring results in capacity increase and centralized operation. Our infocommunication equipment acquisition enables the digitization of our tailoring patterns and designs, photography, editing and design.
Automation also plays an important role in our case, with the purchase of high-quality tailoring tools, live work will be efficient and semi-automatic. Our most important task is to increase productivity, which is the basis for market expansion and strengthening our capacity to generate income. By creating our own production capacity, all this can be achieved.
Based on the recent period, we have learned that exposure to subcontractors on a large scale is life-threatening. With the establishment of our own sewing office, the supply chain and transport routes linked to production are shortened, as fewer outsourced production and services require less transport.
