  • Leisurewear: Casual clothing with a sporty look, but not suitable for sports activities or all-day wear.

If you are unsure which category your clothing, bag, wallet, or other accessories belong to, please ask one of our staff members in-store or contact our customer service.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT wash, rinse, or clean clothing, bags, or wallets improperly, as this may cause permanent damage. Wearing products that are the wrong size may also void the warranty.

Materials used in our products:

  1. Leather

  2. Vegan leather

  3. Textile

  4. Synthetic (care as textile)

Care warning:

  • Only put items in your bag that are appropriate for its size and purpose (maximum weight: 5 kg). Overloading may damage handles, straps, or seams.

WASHING GUIDE

Taking proper care of your clothing not only extends its lifespan but also contributes to environmental protection. Care labels show the best way to wash and care for your garments.

General tips:

  • Remove detachable accessories, close zippers, and fasten Velcro before washing.

  • Use laundry bags for delicate items.

  • Only use a tumble dryer if the care label allows it, and always follow the recommended temperature settings.

Specific materials:

  • Knitwear: Lay flat to dry in its original shape to prevent distortion.

  • Canvas: This natural material can lose its shape when wet. Hot ironing restores its form. For best results, iron inside out to preserve shine.

  • Viscose: A natural fiber made from cellulose. It loses its shape when wet but can be restored with steam ironing.

  • Silk: Very delicate. Use detergent for delicate fabrics and avoid stretching while wet.

  • Wool: Often airing is enough. If washing, use delicate detergent and either hand wash or set your washing machine to a hand-wash program. Steam after washing to restore its natural shine.

  • Denim: Wash inside out to avoid fading. Remove from the machine promptly to prevent creases. Dark denim may transfer color to light-colored clothes or shoes.

  • Leather and Suede: Clean only at professional leather cleaners. Treat leather items with shoe polish or waterproofing spray to increase water and dirt resistance. For suede or nubuck, use waterproof spray only. Avoid rain and humidity to prevent staining or color loss.

  • Down jackets: Add tennis balls to the dryer to help the filling distribute evenly. Shake occasionally during drying to maintain loft. Ensure the item is completely dry before storage.

GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

⚠️ Please note: Warranty claims can be made at any of our stores (Budaörs Korzó, Aréna Futureal, Bajcsy Futureal) for material or manufacturing defects.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please ensure that the product is clean, as improper care may be grounds for claim rejection.

Warranty claim requirements:

  • A purchase within one (1) year or two (2) years (for consumers).

  • Proof of purchase.

A warranty claim may be rejected if:

  1. The warranty period has expired.

  2. The damage is caused by improper use, including:

    • Incorrect sizing (e.g., item too tight or too loose).

    • Incorrect care, cleaning, or storage.

    • Damage due to physical, chemical, or other external forces.

    • Further damage caused by unprofessional repairs.

  3. The issue results from normal wear and tear.

If the customer was informed about a defect at the time of purchase, this also excludes warranty claims.

The warranty policy is governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (2013).

Warranty Period Details:

  • First 12 months: If you detect any defect, please report it immediately to any of our stores (Budaörs Korzó, Aréna Futureal, Bajcsy Futureal).

  • Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. We are not liable for any additional damage caused by delayed reporting or continued use of a defective item.

  • Beyond 12 months and up to 24 months, the buyer must provide proof (e.g., an independent expert opinion) that the defect existed at the time of purchase.

If the expert opinion confirms the defect and we accept it, we will refund the purchase price.

Warranty Solutions:

  • The customer may choose between repair or replacement.

  • If neither repair nor replacement is possible, or if it is unreasonable, the customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (refund).

  • Withdrawal is not possible for minor defects.

If the store does not repair, replace, or fails to do so within a reasonable time, the customer may have the product repaired elsewhere at the seller's cost (after prior agreement).

The warranty period resets for repaired or replaced parts.

A Few Helpful Tips:

  • Always choose clothing based on its intended use.

  • Due to sizing variations, always try items on before purchasing.

  • Follow the care symbols on the labels carefully for washing, rinsing, and drying.

  • Avoid buying clothes that are too tight, too loose, too small, or too big. This can lead to discomfort and deformation.

  • Do not wear vegan leather items all day. Air them out thoroughly after wearing.

  • Protect your garments from sharp objects. Cuts, scratches, or abrasions can cause permanent damage that voids the warranty.

  • We do not accept returns for size issues or personal preferences if the product has been worn. Returns are only accepted for unworn, brand-new items for hygiene reasons.

Bags and wallets must be maintained according to the cleaning and care requirements detailed above, depending on their material, in order to prevent premature damage. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

If you pay a little more attention to cleaning your clothes, you will not only make them last longer, but you will also make a big contribution to protecting the environment. The washing instructions on the label will show you how to best clean and care for your clothes, and we will also give you further advice on this here.
Details
Remove removable accessories, zip up zips and fasten velcro before washing. Use a washing bag for delicate items. Only use a tumble dryer on items where this is indicated in the washing instructions (again, take into account the temperature appropriate for the material).
Knitted pieces
Dry the knitted pieces by adjusting them to their original shape and laying them out flat, so they will retain their original appearance.
Canvas
Linen is a natural material that easily loses its shape when wet. The original shape of the garment can be restored by hot ironing. It retains its shine if ironed inside out.
Viscose
Viscose is a natural material made from cellulose, which is artificially produced. It loses its hold easily when wet. The original shape of the garment can be restored with a steam iron.
Silk
Silk is a very delicate fabric and requires special care. Wash with a detergent recommended for delicate fabrics and do not stretch the fabric when wet.
Wool
It is often enough to air out woolen clothes. When you do decide to wash them, use a detergent recommended for delicate fabrics. Set your washing machine to hand wash, or wash them by hand. They will regain their natural shine if you steam them after washing.
Jeans
To avoid fraying, wash denim inside out. To avoid wrinkling, remove it from the machine as soon as possible after the wash cycle. Denim gets its distinctive look from the way it is dyed. As a result, tiny pigment particles can remain on the surface and wear off. Dark-toned denim can leave marks when it comes into contact with light-colored clothing or shoes.
Leather and suede
Leather and suede products should be cleaned by a specialist leather cleaner. It is recommended to follow the care instructions.
Use shoe polish and/or impregnation for leather bags. This simple practice will make them much more resistant to water and dirt, and you can extend the life of your bag.
For suede and nubuck, only use a waterproof spray. Try to avoid rain and moisture with your suede/nubuck bag, as this can cause stains and make the paint peel off more easily.
Down jackets
Place tennis balls in the dryer to help distribute the fluff evenly throughout the garment. Down garments should be dried completely and shaken occasionally while drying.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE that you can exercise your warranty rights in any of our stores (Budaörs Korzó, Aréna Futureal, Bajcsy Futureal) in the event of a material or manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, please clean the clothing before making a complaint or quality inspection, as improper treatment may result in rejection. The combined conditions for validating a warranty claim are: • one (1) year, or two (2) years in the case of a consumer, within the purchase period • proof of purchase

The warranty claim may be rejected:

1. After the warranty period has expired 2. Due to defects resulting from improper use: a; error resulting from incorrect size selection; b; in the event of a defect resulting from improper handling or storage; c; in the event of damage or failure caused by violent external influences (physical, chemical, etc.); d; as a result of unprofessional/home repair, the defect has worsened, or its cause, origin, or extent can no longer be assessed; 3. Due to natural wear and tear. Our company may also be exempt from warranty obligations if the Customer files a complaint regarding a defect that was already known at the time of purchase, if the store informed them of the defect in advance in writing. The warranty rules are detailed in the 2013 Act on the Civil Code (Ptk.). According to this, the two (2) years open for enforcing warranty claims are divided into two parts: 1.) Within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, if you notice any abnormality or defect in your product, please report it without delay to any of our Futureal stores (Budaörs-Korzó, Aréna Futureal, Bajcsy Futureal). 2.) The defect must be reported no later than 2 months after its discovery, Futureal is not liable for damage resulting from late notification. It is of course not advisable to continue using the defective/defective/objectionable product, as the distributor is not obliged to compensate for the damage caused by this. If the origin and nature of the defect, and thus the legitimacy of the complaint, are unclear or disputed between the parties, Futureal will request an independent expert opinion to resolve the dispute, if it is legally obliged to do so. 3.) In case of doubt or dispute beyond twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, until the end of the 2-year period, the Buyer may prove at his own expense (e.g. by means of an expert opinion) that the cause of the defect was already present in the product at the time of sale (production). If the expert opinion deems the Buyer's complaint to be well-founded and Futureal accepts it, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. In the event of a quality complaint, the Customer may request the repair or replacement of the product at their choice, however, if the fulfillment of the request is impossible or would cause the company disproportionate additional costs compared to the fulfillment of the other request, then, considering all the circumstances of the case (including the value represented in a flawless condition and the severity of the breach of contract), the company may choose to repair instead of requesting a replacement. If the store has not undertaken the repair or replacement, or cannot meet the Customer's request within a reasonable time, the Customer may (after consultation with Futureal) repair or have the defective product repaired. However, it is important to note that Futureal is not liable for damage resulting from unprofessional repairs. The Buyer may – at his/her choice – request a proportional price reduction or withdraw from the contract, i.e. request a refund of the purchase price of the product, if:
  • the store did not undertake the repair/replacement or was unable to perform it, or if the entitled party's interest in the repair/replacement has ceased, then
  • repeated performance errors occurred despite Futureal's attempts to repair the product;
  • the product defect is of such severity that it justifies
  • Futureal has not undertaken to make the goods conform to the contract, or it is obvious from the circumstances that it will not repair or replace the product within a reasonable time or without significant prejudice to the interests of the buyer
There is no right to cancel in the event of a minor error. The Buyer's warranty claim expires within one year from the date of purchase (performance). If the Buyer is a consumer, the limitation period is 2 years from the date of purchase (performance). The limitation period does not include the part of the repair period during which the Buyer cannot use the product as intended. The warranty period for the part of the product affected by the replacement or repair begins anew. This also applies if a new defect occurs as a result of the repair. When a product is returned to our store for repair or quality inspection, our staff will notify our Customer by phone, text message, or in writing. Please return the product in a clean, dry condition in case of a complaint, to assist our staff in their work, in order to correctly determine the origin of the defect, and to prove that the product was handled as intended.

Some useful tips

  • When choosing clothing, be sure to consider the purpose for which you intend to use it.
  • Always try on the product to account for any differences in sizing.
  • When washing, rinsing and drying, always follow the instructions on the relevant pictograms on the clothes.
  • Do not choose clothing that is tight or loose, small or large, as it may be uncomfortable and may lose its shape prematurely.
  • Avoid wearing vegan leather tops or bottoms all day long. Ventilate well after taking them off.
  • Protect your clothing from sharp, pointed objects. Impacts, scratches, and friction can leave a permanent mark on its surface, which may result in a warranty claim being rejected.
If the clothing is damaged due to failure to comply with the above, we will not be held responsible for the resulting defects. Please note that our company only accepts exchanges for non-quality defective clothing due to size problems or other reasons if the product has not been worn yet, i.e. it is in brand new condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange clothing products that are not of a quality defect after use. We hope that the information provided will be helpful and that by following them, you will enjoy your chosen product for a long time. We hope that the Futureal team will count you among our satisfied customers in the future!
